The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines seem like a cool bunch.
Here's a video of them doing Michael Jackson's "Thriller"...
Then sometime later in the year, they do the Haruhi Dance!
And they did it so well too! I've seen otaku do way worse!
Not to mention that they "Did the Hustle"

Truly awesome! I'd honestly love to go and join them.
One thing I should clarify though.. they're not in jail, but in a detention and rehabilitation center. Their outfits and setting is a little misleading. ^^;

A "detention and rehabilitation center" is a euphemism for a prison or jail. It highlights in a positive way the main goal of prisons, i.e. to reform prisoners for their eventual re-integration into society. CPDRC and Byron Garcia are doing an amazing job at fulfilling this goal. ^_^
